Sunnah Nikaah offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
To request a refund, please contact Sunnah Nikaah customer support and provide your order number. You can contact customer support by phone, email, or live chat.
1. Refunds will be eligible under the following circumstances:
We are sad to see you go, but if you’ve tried sunna shaadi services and decided it’s not for you, we’ll gladly refund you if it’s within 30 days.
Please include details about the reason for your refund so that we can know what went wrong and how to improve our services , we will request from you a link and/or a screenshot of the issue to be sent to our support team.

- Serious Intentions Only: This website is designed for individuals seeking genuine and serious matrimonial connections. Please use the platform with sincerity and avoid any form of misrepresentation or dishonesty.
3. What to Keep In Mind
Sunnah Nikaah offers a full refund within 30 days starting from the moment when the client makes the payment. In this case, the Sunnah Nikaah team has the right to ask relevant questions and investigate for the refund and the right to NOT offer the refund if it is not eligible.
Please also note that:- You may cancel your account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
- By requesting a refund, you are essentially canceling your Sunnah Nikaah subscription, which will result in losing access to Sunnah Nikaah and its features.
- Your account will be deactivated immediately after you get the refund and the premium features restrictions will be in action within 24 hours.
- If you get a refund, you cannot use the downloaded premium products anymore.
- Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account depending on the region you are residing in.
4. How to request a refund
